Frequently asked questions
What To Expect
Food served on our retreats is lacto-ovo-vegetarian. We have been farming for many years. Our produce is organic and most ingredients of our food come from our garden, and the ones we have to buy are also organic from local producers. We want to make sure we are serving the most fresh food, preserving the environment and the health of our yogis. You can visit the vegetable garden and orchards in your free time.
We currently have weekend retreats starting on friday evening and ending on sunday afternoon.
Our retreats are based on gentle and restorative yoga so anyone can participate. There's no need to have prior experience or training.
Babies and Children
Babies and children are not allowed for retreats because we cannot provide baby sitting service. There are no activities for children, nor anyone to look after them.
Pets are not allowed for any activities in the farm.
UPDATE: Because of Covid 19 pandemic our activties are currently suspended. We expect to restart our retreats as of May, with very limited seats available.
To know the dates and availability of our retreats please check our Agenda or contact us.
